Refund Policy for TheAd.Market Marketplace

Effective Date: June 7, 2025

1. Scope

This policy governs monetary refunds for paid advertising campaigns (“Campaigns”) transacted through TheAd.Market (“Platform”) between advertisers (“Advertisers”) and content creators (“Creators”).

Once any UGC for the Campaign has >0 impressions, the refundable amount is calculated as:

Refund = Campaign Budget − ( Impressions × 2 × Weekly Avg. Cost‑Per‑Impression )
  

All figures are rounded to the nearest cent. A negative result yields a refund of US $0.

4. Right to Deny Refunds & Account Suspension

TheAd.Market reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to deny refund requests that are deemed frivolous, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise not based on a valid reason under this policy. Abusing this refund policy is grounds for account suspension. Refunds may only be issued when the request is substantiated by a legitimate concern such as billing error, platform fault, or demonstrable campaign misdelivery.

5. How to Request a Refund

  2. TheAd.Market will confirm eligibility and send the calculated refund amount within five (5) business days.
  3. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.

TheAd.Market may modify this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting and apply prospectively to refund requests submitted after the new effective date.
